Jessica Litaud trained with Jean-Marie Guffens and spent two vintages with Jean-François Ganevat in the Jura before returning in 2019 to take over her family’s 5.5-hectare biodynamic domaine in Fuissé. Les Crays is one of Pouilly-Fuissé’s newly recognized Premier Cru vineyards, long awaited by the appellation before its 2020 classification.
