Connections in every wine and spirits capital worth knowing: negociant networks, private cellars, allocated estates. Historic vintages and unicorn bottles, each verified for fill, cork and origin before it enters our vault.
02 — Auction Consulting
Valuation, authentication, strategy
Our team reads catalogues for a living. We price the lot, prove the bottle, set your ceiling and sit with you through the room — buying or selling, including whole estates.
03 — Cellar Curation
Your cellar, made legible
Inventory, appraisal, racking and climate advice, and a written index of everything you own — verticals completed, gaps named, drinking windows dated. Then we help you fill the gaps.
04 — Tastings & Events
Private tastings, hosted evenings
Sommelier-led flights for six in the back room, or your wedding, corporate evening or party — here or at your table. Glassware, staff and bottles that never reach a printed list.
