This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Rare Collects and operated by RARE COLLECTS WYNWOOD LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
We are committed to providing clear and transparent shipping information while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, depending on availability and order volume.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you.
Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders using FedEx.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Package weight
• Selected delivery speed
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship alcoholic beverages within the United States only to states where it is legally permitted.
All shipments are subject to federal, state, and local regulations.
Wine Shipping – Eligible States
We currently ship wine to:
AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, MA, MN, MO, NC, NJ, OR, VA, WA
Spirits Shipping – Eligible States
We ship spirits only to:
AZ, CA, CT, FL, WA
Orders placed outside of these states may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not comply with shipping laws.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping where legally permitted.
By placing an international order, you agree that:
• You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
• Shipments may be delayed due to customs processing
• Orders may be refused or seized by local authorities
We reserve the right to cancel international orders if shipping is not legally or operationally possible.
Adult Signature Requirement
All alcohol deliveries require a 21+ adult signature upon delivery.
By placing an order, you confirm:
• You are of legal drinking age
• An adult will be available to receive the package
Failure to provide a valid signature may result in delays, additional fees, or returned shipments.
Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup
Where available, we offer:
• Local delivery
• In-store pickup
Details, fees, and delivery windows will appear at checkout or be communicated after purchase.
A valid government-issued ID is required to verify age at pickup or delivery.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Location
• Package size and weight
• Delivery method
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Rare Collects is not responsible for shipping delays or carrier-related issues.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly. We will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.
