Domaine Louis Boillot was launched in 2002, drawing on some of the oldest and best-situated vineyards in Burgundy thanks to four generations of the Boillot family acquiring prime sites in Volnay and Gevrey-Chambertin. This is their village-level Gevrey-Chambertin, made in the cellar Louis built with partner Ghislaine Barthod in Chambolle-Musigny.

Expect a firm, earthy Pinot Noir with real structure, reflecting the family’s long history farming top Gevrey-Chambertin terroir. It is a solid, characterful introduction to this respected estate.
