2023 Jérôme Galeyrand Bouzeron 750ml

Jerome Galeyrand, originally from the Loire and self-taught after working the 1996 harvest at Domaine Alain Burguet, built his own estate in Gevrey-Chambertin starting from a tiny 0.05-hectare plot in 2002. His Bouzeron is made from Aligote, the only grape permitted in this small Cote Chalonnaise appellation dedicated entirely to the variety.

Expect a fresh, zesty white with citrus and orchard fruit character, made with the same organic, biodynamic, low-intervention approach found across Galeyrand’s small range. It is a lively, food-friendly wine from a producer better known for his Cote de Nuits reds.
