2023 Jérôme Galeyrand Bourgogne Pinot Noir ‘Antonin’ 750ml

Jerome Galeyrand is a Gevrey-Chambertin based grower farming 5.25 hectares organically and biodynamically. Antonin, named after one of his sons, is his Bourgogne Pinot Noir, blended from four parcels in Chambolle-Musigny, Brochon and Gilly-les-Citeaux, all at the base of the slopes on clay-limestone soil.

Made with 100% destemmed fruit, a short cold maceration and native-yeast fermentation with no added sulfur during vinification, the wine shows red cherry, raspberry, redcurrant, violet and sweet spice. It is a vibrant, natural-leaning red that offers real Cote de Nuits character at a regional price.
