Dujac Fils & Pere is the negociant venture launched in 2000 by Jeremy and Jacques Seysses of the famed Domaine Dujac, partnering with top growers across Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis and Chambolle-Musigny. This bottling is Aux Cras, a well-sited Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru between Murgers and Boudots, close to Vosne-Romanee.

Fermented mostly with whole clusters, it shows plums, raw cocoa, orange rind and violet, combining the rigor of Nuits-Saint-Georges with the more seductive tone of its Vosne-Romanee neighbor. It is a polished, well-crafted Premier Cru carrying the Dujac name’s reputation for precision.
