This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website and is operated by RARE COLLECTS WYNWOOD LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

We are committed to providing clear and transparent information regarding shipping, delivery, and fulfillment of orders in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, depending on order volume and product availability. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipment may be delayed by a few additional business days. We will notify customers if there is a significant delay in processing.



Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using FedEx. Shipping rates are carrier-calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery method.



Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship alcoholic beverages within the United States only to states where such shipments are legally permitted, and subject to product-specific restrictions.



 Wine Shipping – Eligible States

We ship wine to the following states:

AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, MA, MN, MO, NC, NJ, OR, VA, WA



Spirits Shipping – Eligible States

We ship spirits to the following states only:

AZ, CA, CT, FL, WA



We do not ship spirits across state lines where prohibited by law. Orders placed for spirits delivery outside of eligible jurisdictions may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with federal, state, or local alcohol shipping regulations.



International Shipping

We offer international shipping where legally permitted and in compliance with all applicable export, import, and alcohol regulations.

International customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays beyond our control.

  • Orders may be refused, seized, or returned by customs authorities depending on local regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse international orders if shipment is not legally permissible or operationally feasible.



Adult Signature Requirement

Shipment of alcoholic beverages will require an adult signature (21 years or older) upon delivery.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

  • They are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction.

  • A qualified adult will be available to sign for the delivery.

Failure to provide a valid adult signature will result in delivery delays, additional fees, or returned shipments.



Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

Where available, we may offer:

  • Local delivery

  • In-store pickup

Availability, fees, and delivery windows for these options will be displayed at checkout or communicated separately after order placement.

Valid government-issued identification may be required at pickup or delivery to verify age eligibility. 



Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.



Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

RARE COLLECTS WYNWOOD LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we may assist in initiating a carrier claim where applicable.



Legal Compliance

We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and shipment of alcoholic beverages. We reserve the right to:
