Guided Presentation by Mariel Dalmau

The evening will be led by Mariel Dalmau, a Miami-based sommelier with eight years of
expertise in wine and hospitality. As a partner in Grape Crush, Mariel has played a pivotal role in shaping wine programs and hosting celebrated events across Miami’s dining scene, including Margot Wine Bar, Mary Gold’s, Arlo Hotel, Motek, Otto and Pepe, Kaori, and Shiso. Known for her ability to craft unforgettable wine experiences, Mariel will guide guests through GAJA’s artistry, legacy, and distinctive style.
