Maison Delas Freres, founded in 1835 and owned by Champagne Deutz since 1977, produces this Hermitage white from three of the hill’s most prestigious terroirs: l’Ermite, le Sabot and la Tourette. The blend is 90% Marsanne and 10% Roussanne, with only about 5,000 bottles made each year.
