Domaine Lamy-Pillot, founded in 1973 by Rene Lamy and Marie-Therese Pillot, farms around fifteen hectares mainly in Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin. This bottling is their white take on La Boudriotte, a Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru technically part of the larger Morgeot climat, grown on gravel, clay and limestone.

Expect a rich, mineral-driven Chardonnay reflecting the site’s varied soil composition, offering an interesting counterpoint to the more commonly seen red Boudriotte from this same vineyard. It is a distinctive Premier Cru from an experienced Chassagne family estate.
