La Richemone Cuvee Ultra is Domaine Perrot-Minot’s most exacting selection from this Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru, sourced from centenarian vines in the southern part of the vineyard. The grapes are hand-harvested, rigorously sorted, and fermented with roughly 30-40% whole clusters before 18 months in French oak with 20-25% new wood.

The result is a dense, concentrated Pinot Noir with real depth and structure, built from some of the oldest vines in the appellation. This is one of the most sought-after bottlings in the Perrot-Minot range, made in very limited volume.
