Clos des Porrets-Saint-Georges is the estate’s monopole, a 3.6-hectare Premier Cru sitting on pink limestone scree just below Les Perrieres.

The wine reflects its stony, clay-rich soil with a firm, mineral-laced structure layered over dark Pinot Noir fruit. Farmed organically from vines around 50 years old, it is built for the cellar and rewards years of patient aging.
