Domaine Benoit Ente, younger brother of famed Meursault producer Arnaud Ente, crafts this Bourgogne Aligoté from three parcels of old vines planted by his grandfather in 1949 and 1953, plus a plot he planted himself in 2002. The Antichtone cuvée is grown on limestone-rich soil and vinified in stainless steel to preserve its natural freshness.

Citrus zest, green apple and white flowers lead into a zesty, mineral-driven palate with vibrant acidity and a long finish, making it an excellent food wine and a great way to taste serious Burgundian winemaking applied to an often-overlooked grape.
