2023 Clos Cibonne Cuvée Spéciale des Vignettes 1.5L

Cuvee Speciale des Vignettes is Clos Cibonne’s most prestigious rose, a selection made exclusively from the estate’s oldest organic Tibouren vines, over 60 years old, blended with a small amount of Grenache as mandated by the appellation. The wine ages under “fleurette,” a thin veil of yeast similar to the process used in Sherry or Jura wines, in 120-year-old 5,000-liter foudres for a full year.

This is often the longest-lived of all Cibonne’s cuvees, capable of rewarding ten or more years of cellaring, a rarity for rose. Bottled in magnum, it stands as one of Provence’s most serious and age-worthy pink wines.
