Domaine Sylvain Bzikot farms 15 hectares in Puligny-Montrachet, built up since Sylvain’s grandfather arrived in Burgundy from Poland before the Second World War. Les Folatières, of which the domaine owns 0.4 hectares of 60-year-old vines, is considered the largest and quite possibly the finest Premier Cru vineyard in Puligny-Montrachet.

Made from Chardonnay and aged partly in French oak, the wine opens with honeysuckle, fresh almonds, white blossom, and yellow peach. The palate delivers a velvety texture balancing richness with excellent acidity, closing on floral notes through a long finish.
