Allante Boulanger is the project of Christian Allante and Matthieu Boulanger, two friends who worked together at Domaine Labet for over 15 years before launching their own 3.2-hectare estate in the southern Jura. This bottling comes from their Pataratte plot in Rotalier, home to 70-year-old vines including a prized old strain of Trousseau known as “a la dame.”

Made with fully natural vinification, native yeasts and no added sulphites, the wine reflects the rare concentration and character of these ancient vines. Produced in tiny volume, it is one of the most sought-after bottlings from this acclaimed young estate.
