Hommage a Louis is the pinnacle of the Droin range, a Chablis Grand Cru named for Louis Droin, who purchased this parcel at the junction of Les Clos and Valmur in 1920. Winemaker Benoit Droin says the wine needs up to two decades to reach its peak.
