2022 Domaine François Mikulski Crémant de Bourgogne Sparkling Wine 750ml

Domaine Francois Mikulski, one of the most respected names in Meursault, produces this Cremant de Bourgogne from a blend of 37% Pinot Noir, 41% Chardonnay, 15% Aligote and 7% Gamay. Francois inherited his first Meursault plots in 1992 from his late uncle Pierre Boillot, building a reputation for precise, elegant winemaking.

Hand-harvested in small crates and gently pressed, the wine ferments in stainless steel before at least 18 months aging on the lees, developing brioche, milky and white fruit character. It is a serious, terroir-driven sparkling wine from an estate best known for its still Meursault.
