Carruades de Lafite is the second wine of Chateau Lafite Rothschild, one of Bordeaux’s five First Growths, named for the Carruades plateau acquired by the estate in 1845. The 2022 blends 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot, aged 16 months in French oak.
