This policy applies only to purchases made through our online store. Orders completed at our physical location may follow a separate in-store policy.

General Policy

Rare Collects Wynwood LLC (“Rare Collects”) is a Florida-based retailer specializing in premium and rare wines, spirits, and champagne.

Due to the regulated nature of alcohol sales and the collectible value of our inventory, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has shipped.

However, customer satisfaction remains important to us. We may review requests on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.


Order Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not been packaged or shipped.

Approved cancellations may include a 10% restocking fee to cover administrative and processing costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We take great care in packaging and fulfillment to minimize issues.

If a problem occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, include:

• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order details

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately.

When applicable, we will arrange a replacement using a pre-paid return label.

If the original item is unavailable, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price.


Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments

Orders may be returned due to:

• Failed delivery attempts
• Refusal of delivery
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

In these cases, we may apply:

• Up to 25% restocking fee
• Shipping and handling charges
• Return shipping costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For orders shipped with “free shipping,” a $40 handling fee may be deducted from any refund.

If a returned shipment is damaged due to delivery issues or refusal, the customer remains responsible for the full order amount.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or partially consumed bottles
• Personalized or engraved items
• Rare, allocated, or limited-edition products
• Sale or clearance items


Refund Processing

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued on a case-by-case basis with approval.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

If approved:

• Processing takes up to 7 business days
• Banks may take an additional 7–10 business days

Refunds may include a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
